TURNAROUND TIME:
- We will respond to you within 24 hours to get your patient scheduled.
URGENT CASE PROTOCOL:
- Please call us to discuss the patient and we will do everything we can to get the patient scheduled immediately at one of our three convenient locations.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER REFERRAL?
- We will review all the documentation and request any further information prior to the appointment.
- All reports will be delivered to the client and the referring veterinarian via email after the consultation and procedure.
